Wheelchair seating

The seats in the stalls are wheelchair accessible. There are four wheelchair seats and they are located at the ends of seating rows in the stalls. Personal assistants for wheelchair users go free to Savoy Theatre events.

In case the event is K18 for the floor area, we kindly ask to make wheelchair reservations for minors through Savoy Theatre's phone service at (09) 310 12000, Mon-Fri 15.30-17.30.

Stairlift

The foyer has a stairlift leading to the restaurant facilities, and the restaurant also has a steep-free access directly from the auditorium during the interval. If you need to use the stairlift, ask the porter for assistance.

Accessible toilets

There is an accessible toilet in the foyer near the cloakroom.

Induction loop

The auditorium has an induction loop system for users of hearing aids to benefit from amplified sound without background noise.

Our induction loops operate best (strength of field variation <+/- 5 dB) on rows 1–6 and on seats 1–10 and 22–31 in rows 7–10. The induction loop system does not cover the balcony.
